Option 1:

Government Contribution towards the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) of USD 150,000 for a single applicant, an additional Donation of USD 25,000 to have the spouse of the main applicant included, and an additional USD 10,000 per dependent thereafter.

Option 2:

Government Approved real estate investment of USD 200,000, the -required holding period of the investment, in this case, would be 7- years. When applying as a single investor the minimum threshold required is USD 400,000 and the applicable holding period is 5-years. Once the holding period is realized the applicants can then sell and exit the investment while retaining Citizenship in perpetuity. Process & Timelines

  • Passports are usually granted within 2-3 months from the date of submission, the required Donation or Investment is only engaged once pre-approval is granted.

Government Fee breakdown

  • Government Real Estate Fee: USD 35,000 for a single applicant, additional USD 20,000 for spouse, additional USD 10,000 for each additional dependent.
  • Government Due Diligence Fee: USD 7,500 for the main applicant, USD 5,000 for each additional dependent over 16.
