Representative of an Overseas Business Visa

Representative of an Overseas Business Visa

This Visa Category is suitable for those companies and applicants who are headquartered, established, and based outside of the UK, who are looking to establish a UK presence.  To apply under the Representative of an Overseas Business visa category companies must not already have any representative, branch, or subsidiary in the UK (although if the company has a UK entity that does not employ staff or transact business, it may still be possible).
